Ingredients:
- Raw mango: half cup (shredded)
- Onion: half
- Garlic: 2 pods
- Coriander powder: 1 tablespoon (roasted)
- Black salt: half teaspoon
- Salt: half teaspoon (as per taste)
- Green chilli: 2 no. (As per taste)
- Cumin seed powder: 1 teaspoon (roasted)
- Mustard oil/olive oil: 1 teaspoon
Preparation:
- Peel and chop raw mango into small pieces, keep aside.
Method:
- Grind all ingredients together except oil with help of required quantities of water for about a minute; make fine paste, add oil mix well.
- Chatpati “Raw Mango chutney” is ready to serve with breakfast or meal.
