Phalahari Thali day 2

On the  third day of Navratri, I crafted a light and refreshing thali featuring a blend of flavours and textures. The highlight of the meal was Paniyaram in Curd—soft and spongy dumplings soaked in seasoned yogurt, offering a delightful balance of tangy and mildly spiced flavours, perfect for a vrat-friendly feast. Alongside, I served a Date Tamarind Chutney, which brought a sweet and tangy punch, enhancing the taste of the paniyaram with its rich and smooth texture.

To keep the meal fresh and energising, I prepared a Spinach and Cucumber Juice, combining the freshness of cucumber and the nutritional benefits of spinach, offering a refreshing drink that complements the satvik nature of the thali.

Finally, a cup of Hot Herbal Tea rounded off the meal, bringing warmth and a soothing touch to this simple yet flavourful Navratri spread.

Today I have select the phalahari recipe Thali no.2 is also from south India, the Thali consists of Phalahari Paniyaram, Date and Tamarind Chutney, Healthy Cucumber and Spinach Drink and Hot Herbal Drink.
