I invited my neighbour for lunch yesterday. It is great challenge for everyone and me too; to decide what to prepare. I prepared the “Non veg Thali 2” hopefully it will give you the idea to get off your dilemma…I am sure this Thali menu can also serve as dinner option.
The menu of Thali, set our guest’s taste bud, of course they enjoyed the delicious food in great way. They liked the bright red coloured Chicken recipe, which comes from Kashmiri mirch and beautiful red colour tomatoes.
Yummy Egg Curry prepared with dash of poppy seed/posto paste added to the gravy, the recipe is best paired with Steamed Rice.
The Thali menu completed with some vegetarian dishes which is not less in taste and tinge… as Pumpkin Sabji, Gatte Paneer ki sabji, Salad, Pickle, Chutney, Gulabjamun and above all Kokam Sarbat.
This all made the lunch/ dinner so exclusive… I highlighted all the recipes from the thali menu, just click on and get the recipe…
