“Katahal ki Sabji” it takes me back to olden days when I was setting up first home after marriage. There was a big jackfruit tree in my courtyard at RAPS township colony, Rawatbata. The tree was so big and laden with lots of jackfruits. I always shared the Jack fruit with my friends and neighbours. it’s almost four decades now; my friends still remember that tree…How shandaar (splendid) that tree was!
We also enjoyed the ripen jackfruits and their recipes too. Here I already linked some of my recipes as “Jackfruit Biryani” “Jackfruit Kofta Curry” “Jackfruit Ice cream” “Jackfruit Sooji cake” “Jack fruit stuffed paratha” “Raw Jackfruit Keema Matar” “Jackfruit Kabab”and “Raw Jackfruit Pickle”
