Ingredients:
- Cucumber: 100 gm
- Water: 200 ml
- Spinach: 20-30 gm
- Ginger: 1” piece
- Mint leaves: 10-15 leaves
- Indian basil: 5-7 leaves
- Lemon: 1 no.
- Sendha namak (white rock salt): ¼ teaspoon
Preparation:
- Boil spinach, keep aside.
- Chop cucumber and ginger into pieces, keep aside.
Method:
- Put prepared spinach, cucumber and ginger into mixer along with mint leaves and ice cubes/water and grind it. Sieve and collect the juice.
- Add salt and lemon juice; decorate with basil leaf and lemon slices.
