Ingredients:
- Green Apple: 1no.
- Cashew Nut: 15-20 no.
- Garlic: 2 pods
- Coriander Leaves: 50 gm.
- Green Chilli: 1-2 no.
- Cumin: 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
For Seasoning:
- Sesame Oil: 1teaspoon
- Whole red chilli: 1 no.
- Mustard Seed: 2 pinch
- Cumin: 1 pinch
- Preparation:
- Chop coriander and green chilli, peel off garlic, keep aside.
- Core and cut the apple, Keep aside.
- Chop red chilli, keep aside.
Method:
- Take chopped ingredients, cumin, salt and cashew nut into grinding jar.
- Grind well as chutney with help of water, keep aside.
- For seasoning:
- Heat oil in a small fry pan; add seasoning ingredients as cumin, mustard seed and chopped red chilli; sputter for few seconds.
- Put off the flame, add seasoning to the chutney, mix well.
- “Green Appple Dip (Chutney/Chutni) is ready to be served with “Avocado Sandwich” or “Spinach Corn Sandwich“.
