Ingredients:
- Fresh mint leaf/dry mint leaf: 10-15 no.
- Fresh lemon grass: 8-10 leaf
- Ginger: 1” piece
- Cardamom: 1 no.
- Clove: 1 no.
- Green tea bag: 2 no.
- Honey: 1 tablespoon (optional)
- Water: 3 cups
Preparation:
- Peel off ginger and ground roughly.
- Discard the skin of cardamom and crush the seed.
Method:
- Boil 3 cups of water; add all ingredients except the tea bags.
- Lower the flames, when the liquid begin to boil allow it to boil for 2-3 minutes.
- Take a teapot, put teabags into it.
- Decant the liquid into the tea pot.
- Let the teabag immerse into the liquid for two minutes and serve hot.
- You can add honey if you like.
