Thali is the best example for quality of balance meal in India, mostly served at the lunch. It can be vegetarian or non vegetarian but it contains the proper amount of Protein, Carbohydrates, Fat, Vitamins, and Minerals.
Today I bring “Everyday Vegetarian Thali 1”; which I prepared for lunch yesterday. This Thali is amalgamation of south to north Indian recipes. In which there is “Avial” which is comfort recipe from south, consists of fresh coconut and curry leaves with some spices as well as “Bhindi Do Plaza” from north Indian (Punjabi ) preparation. “Srikhand” from Maharashtrian/ Gujrati.
In this way Thali is not only full- fill our nutritional requirements but it is immunity booster too for our overall health.
