Butter enhances the taste of the cauliflower, the easiest way to make your meal delicious. Butter is the rich source of vitamin A. new study show that butter provides the lubrication for body joints leading to more flexibility.
Ingredients:-
- Cauliflower: 300 gm
- Ginger: 2” pieces
- Black pepper: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Cumin: ½ teaspoon
- Butter: 20-30 gm 2 tablespoon
- Cooking oil: 1 teaspoon
Preparation:
- Wash and Cut the cauliflower into small pieces, dip it into hot water with half spoon salt (about 10 minutes), take out the cauliflower from the water.
- Cut ginger in small pieces, keep aside.
- Grind black pepper coarsely, keep aside.
Method:
- Heat 1 teaspoon oil and 10 gm butter in a fry pan, add cumin and sputter it for few seconds, add chopped ginger stir few seconds, add cauliflower in it. Simmer the flame (at least 10 -15 minutes). Add salt, when cauliflower is half done, Simmer the flame till cauliflower is done add black pepper, stir well, Buttery cauliflower is ready to serve. Transfer into serving bowl decorates with extra butter, Serve hot with any meal, Chapatti/Paratha.
