One of the convenient ways to have healthy and glowing skin is to have ‘antioxidant’ and ‘vitamin C’ rich Kiwi, can be taken directly or as a drink. Curd has hydrating properties that boosts freshness to the skin and reduces the signs of ageing, also very good to fight scorching summer. A drink with kiwi and curd is just marvellous.
Ingredients:
- Kiwi: 1 no.
- Banana: 1 no.
- Walnut: 4-5 no.
- Sugar/honey: 2 tablespoon
- Curd: 200 ml
- Green cardamom: 2 no.
- Ice cubes: few
Preparation:
- Discard the peel of banana and kiwi, cut into small pieces. Keep aside.
- Dry roast walnut, chop into small pieces, and keep aside.
- Peel off cardamom, grind and keep aside.
Method:
- Take a grinding jar, put chopped kiwi and banana along with all ingredients, and grind it fine on full speed.
- Healthy kiwi lassi is ready for everyone, while serving in tumbler garnish with fresh chopped kiwi and walnut.
