I am going to upload special phalahari recipe on this occasion, rather it is ‘phalahari Thali  day 1‘ recipe.

Here  is peanut chutney recipe…

Ingredients:

  • Peanut: ½ cup
  • Curd: ½ cup
  • Sugar: 1 teaspoon
  • Green chilli: 1 no.
  • Ginger: 1” piece
  •  Lemon: 1 no.
  • Sendha namak/rock salt: ½ teaspoon (as per taste)

Preparation:

  1. Dry roast peanut, discard the skin keep aside.
  2. Chop green chilli, keep aside.

Method:

  1. Put all ingredients for the chutney in mixer except lemon, grind into paste. Now chutney is ready.
  2. Add lemon juice, mix well. Phalahari peanut chutney is ready to be served.
