Today I am going to tell you the story about poha, which is associated with the legend story of Krishana and Sudama. when Sudama went to meet his friend Krishna; he carried poha as a souvenir and Krishna relished their youth time memory.
As per Sadguru Jaggi Vasudev, most of the food if eaten raw is better for health. When food is taken raw all the life giving properties will remain intact, it will be meeting all the body requirements. The best way to obtain nutrients needed by the body is from natural Food instead of pills or supplement
Keeping this in mind I often prepare this “Goodness Galore Poha” for our breakfast.
you will love this healthy breakfast that can fuel your busy morning without guilt.
When I was in Russian village “Goluboye Ozero” near Kalinin NPP, there was no Indian restaurant and that time I enjoyed this Indian lunch for about month with great satisfaction.
