My parent-in –law like most among all varieties of milk shake; I usually serve this refreshing milk shake chilled in tall glasses.
At the time of serving, you may garnish with chocolate syrup…

Ingredients:
- Cheekoo (Sapodilla): 2 no. (Medium size)
- Sugar/honey: 1 teaspoon (optional)
- Milk: 300-400 ml
- Green cardamom: 2 no.
- Nut Meg powder: 1 pinch
Preparation:
- Grate Nut Meg with small grater, grate once or twice, only one pinch is to be used, keep aside.
- Peel cardamom and pound it, keep aside.
- Peel off cheekoo, chop into small pieces.
Method:
- Take a grinding jar, put cheekoo, 100 ml milk and sugar; grind it for few seconds till it become smooth.
- Add remaining 200 ml milk, green cardamom powder and nut Meg powder mix well.
- Healthy cheekoo shake is ready for everyone.
