“Green Coriander Chutney”, also known as “Dhaniya Chutney”, is a vibrant and tangy condiment that is a staple in Indian cuisine. Made from fresh coriander leaves, green chilies, garlic, and a squeeze of lemon juice.

Ingredients:
- Green coriander: 100gm.
- kala namak: half teaspoon
- Salt: half teaspoon (as per taste)
- Asafoetida: one pinch
- Green chili: 2 no. (As per taste)
- Garlic: 3-4 flakes
- Cumin seed: 1teaspoon
- Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon
Preparation:
- Wash and clean coriander leaf properly.
- Cut into small pieces.
Method:
- Grind all ingredients together.
- Make fine paste.
- Add lemon juice into it, just before serving.
- Chatpati green chatney is ready to serve with breakfast or meal.
