Fresh green coriander Paneer 

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Grind the onion, ginger, garlic and cashew nut together. Keep aside.
  2. Grind coriander leaf with green chili and keep aside.
  3. Grind tomato and keep aside.
  4. Cut the paneer in 1inch cube.

Method:

  1. Take fry pan, put oil in it.
  2. When oil starts to smoke Put cumin seed, cinnamon, clove and green cardamom in it.
  3. Sputter it for few seconds, add grinded onion, garlic, cashew nut and ginger paste.
  4.  Fry these masala about 3-5 minutes on medium flame.
  5. Add tomato paste red chili powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder.
  6.  Fry till tomato paste dried up.
  7. Then add half of the coriander and chili paste sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Add 1 cup of hot water and boil it.
  9.  Add paneer in it and again boil it.
  10. Add rest of the coriander paste, immediately put off the flame.
  11. Stir it properly, so that green color is not getting pale.
  12.  Transfer into serving bowl.
