Achari Sem ki phalli Aaloo

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Trim the both ends of the Sem ki phalli.
  2. Remove Strings from each bean.
  3. Slit into two.
  4. Wash and peel off the potato.
  5. Cut the each potato into 2 pieces.

Method:

  1. Boil potato.
  2. Boil the Sem ki phalli  (Seeds also) with pinch of soda.
  3. Take a mixing bowl. Put garlic paste, 1 teaspoon of salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder, mustard powder, dry mango powder and oil. Mix well.
  4. Add boiled sem ki phalli  and potato in it. Mix properly.
  5. Achari sem Aaloo is ready to serve.

It is served with paratha or rice as a side dish.
